점차 세분화되고 다양해지는 오피스의 기능 중에서 휴게공간은 이제 단순한 휴식을 넘어 새로운 아이디어를 생산하는 곳으로 변화하고 있습니다. 이를 위해 우리는 다양한 토론과 의견을 나누던 17세기 유럽의 커피하우스에서 온 ‘Liquid Network’의 개념을 적용하여 직원들이 편안한 분위기 속에서 자유롭게 아이디어를 나눌 수 있는 'Ideation Space'로서의 휴게공간을 설계하였습니다. 사용자 간의 많은 교류가 발생할 수 있도록 중앙에 식물로 구획된 특별한 형태의 NODE를 만들고 그 주변으로 다양한 기능들을 배치하여 편안한 분위기 속에서 다양한 소통이 일어나도록 디자인하였습니다.

As office spaces continue to diversify and specialize, break areas are evolving beyond simple rest zones into places where new ideas are born. To reflect this shift, we applied the concept of a “Liquid Network”—inspired by the coffeehouses of 17th-century Europe, where open dialogue and debate thrived. The space was designed to encourage natural idea exchange in a relaxed atmosphere. At its core is a uniquely shaped NODE, defined by indoor greenery, around which various functional areas are arranged. This layout promotes interaction and communication among users, fostering creativity and collaboration.
