전체 인원의 50% 이상이 교차적으로 재택근무를 하는 기업의 특성을 반영하여 HQ팀과 보안 관리를 위한 팀을 제외한 전 인원을 비지정석으로 구성하였습니다. 다양한 구성원이 어느 자리에서도 작업을 하는데 불편함이 없도록 구현하기 위해 '장치화 된 업무공간 / Deviceized Office’를 컨셉으로 디자인을 진행하였습니다. ‘Deviceized Office’는 마치 스마트폰과 같이 기본적인 OS 외에는 사용자가 설치하는 어플리케이션에 따라 자유자재로 변형되는 것을 공간에 접목시킨 개념입니다.
Considering the characteristics of companies that work from home with more than 50% of the total number of people circulating, all but the HQ team and the team for security management were composed of non-designated seats. In order to implement it so that there is no inconvenience for various members to work anywhere, the design concept is "Deviceized Office". "Deviceized Office" is a concept of space that can be transformed freely according to applications installed by users other than basic OS, such as smartphones.
‘Deviceized Office’는 스마트폰과 같이 기본적인 OS 외에는 사용자가 설치하는 어플리케이션에 따라 자유자재로 변형될 수 있는 공간 개념입니다. 지상 2층는 팀 단위의 인원들이 함께 일할 수 있는 'TEAM Desk'를 배치하였고, 지하 1층은 개별 인원이 자유롭게 앉아 업무를 볼 수 있도록 길이로 'BIG Table Desk'를 제작하여 여럿이 자유로운 위치에 앉을 수 있도록 배치하였습니다. 건물의 전체적인 동선은 사용자의 ‘Log in – Operating – Log out’ 과정을 물리적으로 해석하여 공간에 적용하였습니다. 지상 1층과 지하 1층으로 건물 내부에 진입하면 개별 사물함 공간을 통해 업무 준비를 하고 오피스에 진입할 수 있습니다.
'Deviceized Office' is a concept of space that can be transformed freely according to the application installed by the user except for the basic OS like a smartphone. The 2F above the ground has 'TEAM desk' in a composition that allows team members to work together, and the B1F has a 'BIG Table Desk' so that individual people can sit and work freely so that several people can sit in a free position. The overall movement of the building was applied to the space by physically interpreting the user's "Login – Operating – Logout" process. If you enter the building with the first floor above ground and the first basement floor, you can prepare for work and enter the office through individual locker spaces.
층고가 높은 건물의 특성을 활용하여 단면상으로 다양한 층위를 구성하여 공간의 효율을 높였습니다. B2F에는 직원들이 회의와 미팅, 휴식 등을 할 수 있는 ‘Townhall’을 배치하고 내부에 ‘ARENA’라는 사분원 형태의 계단식 스탠드를 설치하여 많은 인원의 회의 및 사내 공지나 이벤트를 할 수 있도록 계획하였습니다. ‘ARENA’ 하부에는 가벼운 회의와 미팅이 가능하도록 공간을 만들고 벽면에 설치된 모니터를 통해 다양한 멀티미디어 기능을 활용하도록 했습니다.
By utilizing the characteristics of high floor height, various layers were formed in cross-section to increase the efficiency of the space. The B2F plans to place a "Townhole" where employees can have meetings and rest, and install a quadrant-type staircase stands called "ARENA" inside so that many people can have meetings and in-house announcements or events. Under "ARENA" space was created for easy meetings, and various multimedia functions were utilized through monitors installed on the wall.
