ONE GROVE is a large-scale prime office complex located at the heart of the Magok district in Seoul, with a total floor area of approximately 460,000 square meters. The name combines “One,” symbolizing uniqueness, and “Grove,” meaning a forest—together representing its status as a leading regional asset and a symbol of nature within the city. It is a comprehensive development that offers extraordinary work experiences, elevated standards, and limitless possibilities through the expansion of diverse and dynamic experiences.
